I found this purple cauliflower at the Farmer's Market and decided to try it. We LOVE cauliflower, so I didn't even have to think twice about buying it. I just had to decide on purple or orange.
I sliced it and sauted it with some sliced garlic, added a little salt to it and that's it! There were no leftovers, just people asking for more and more and more! This is our favorite way to eat cauliflower, no matter what color it is!

I'll have to try it that way. We like it steamed, slathered with sour cream and covered with buttered bread crumbs like my M-I-L makes it. Can't stop eating it...anthough I do think ghe garlic is a bit healthier...
